On International Clinical Trials Day we congratulate all patients, all medical professionals and all employees involved in clinical research!
Few times in history, if ever, has mankind looked at medicine with more hope and expectations for its innovations to save our way of life. This shall encourage and motivate all of us, and let us take pride not only in our own contributions towards this urgent and towering goal, but also of the contributions and ultimately the success of our industry to improve, once more, the wellbeing of our fellow humans.
This year, at ARENSIA, we celebrate also our anniversary, and International Clinical Trials Day has a special resonance for us.
Ten years ago the idea of setting up our own Phase I clinics in Eastern Europe, where early phase clinical trials were few, seemed daring. Now that it was proven a successful business model with the completion of over 300 early phase clinical trials involving thousands of patients, we, the ARENSIA Team are thankful towards all who made it possible through their trust: our patients, sponsors, and authorities.
We recognise that 2020 is challenging for everybody and will continue to be a difficult year. As with so many organizations and people around the world, ARENSIA took on the challenge and deployed the necessary measures to stay operational with approved additional safety approaches in place to protect our teams and patients.
Let’s keep our spirits high and trust that in a year’s time, together we will have a vaccine and treatment to put the pandemic behind us!
